Rose Strategic Communications was founded by Darren Rose in Fresno, California, in 2010. RSC specializes in the field of public relations, strategic and marketing communications. Darren leverages his experience in politics, his work in Congress, and social media to craft effective communication strategies to inform and influence public opinion, promote awareness of your brand or project to key stakeholders, publics, influencers, and audience segments.

Darren Rose
Darren Rose launched Rose Strategic Communications in June 2010. He worked for a Member of Congress for 12 years and in the field of public relations and strategic communications for over 20 years. His experience as a legislative staffer, campaign consultant, and public relations practitioner provide a vital breadth of experience to craft and personalize marketing strategies for each of his clients.
For over 9 years, Darren has served in varying consulting roles for the California High-Speed Rail Authority. Currently, he serves as a Strategic Advisor and is the statewide coordinator for the I Will Ride Program along with leading the brand campaign.
Darren is an active member the Central Valley by having served as a board member for groups including the Fresno Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club of Fresno, and Leadership Fresno. His goal is to continue serving the community and integrate inspired strategy to fit all of his client’s needs.

Margaret Arechiga Tozlian
Margaret was born and raised in Fresno, CA graduating from Bullard High School. After traveling extensively and graduating from Mills College in International Relations, she returned to Fresno to raise her children. While in Fresno, Margaret obtained her Master’s of Arts in International Relations from California State University.
Margaret worked in Senator Barbara Boxers Central Valley field office as District Director. Her duties included, advising the Senator on local and state wide federal issues, over saw Senate visits to the area and was trained on Congressional research services. Throughout her career Margaret has worked in Federal, City and Tribal Governments, non-profit organizations, issues campaigns and with political party and labor organizations.
While at RSC, Margaret has focused on learning about Blockchain Technologies and crypto currencies while applying expertise in government and technology to bridge the informational gap between the two groups.
Since 2011 Margaret has been working with her families construction business overseeing day-to-day activities and modernizing and streamlining operations.
Margaret lives in Fresno and works throughout the state advising tech companies on governmental processes.

Kabrina Speakman
Kabrina studied at Academy of Art University in San Francisco, where she majored in advertising. During her time at Academy of Art, she was a four year collegiate athlete that played volleyball. Kabrina was featured in her schools annual spring show, where the spotlight is put on the top students work from each department. She knows the meaning of hard work and dedication, and she doesn't settle for anything less than her best. She brings a fresh creative and design aspect to the table.

Brandalyn Hastings is a communication consultant at Rose Strategic Communications. Brandalyn has an extensive history in event planning with everything from concerts to educational forums. She currently holds her associates of arts in Communications and is pursuing her bachelors in MCJ with and emphasis in PR at California State University, Fresno.
