Jeffery M. Der Torosian is an associate consultant at Rose Strategic Communications and is from the Central Valley area of California. He is a veteran educator with a strong background in both quantitative and qualitative research. His professional experience entails working as a freelance educational consultant, academic teaching, policy analysis, and prior work experience in various environmental sectors. Jeffery’s greatest passion outside of work is ornithology and spends his spare time traveling the world pursuing it.
